A Vision in the Heart of Atlanta

Founded by two veterans with a passion for Black contemporary art, Muse Art Collective exists to spark excitement and action through creativity. We see art as more than decoration – it’s a catalyst for connection and change. As one art advocate notes, public art can “illuminate stories, connect communities, and raise awareness about the most pressing issues of our time”. That belief drives everything at Muse. We focus on authenticity and purpose in storytelling, knowing that “you attract collectors by building a brand, and you build a brand by telling stories”. In practice, Muse is a community hub as much as a gallery: it’s about serving people as well as showing art.

Mission & Community Impact

At Muse, our mission is to advance contemporary art by supporting artists and connecting new audiences to inspiring ideas – with a uniquely social twist. We aim to break down barriers so that high-quality Black art reaches everyone. Through partnerships and exhibitions, we aim to increase access to the arts across the country and foster engagement with local communities . Above all, we believe art can bring people together and propel communities. By making creativity inclusive and actionable, Muse turns a gallery into a force for positive change.

Additionally, through the “Artist Stash” we put all money received through donations and a percentage of retail sales to provide assistance to creatives in need. Along with our strategic partnerships, we also look to provide health services and other need based services to the artist community.
